MPEG-4 Playback

Certain streaming content uses an MPEG-4 format to offer very high visual quality over a relatively modest broadband connection. Should you encounter an error regarding missing MPEG4 playback filters then this is for you.

Tips

If you are using a modern browser and are up-to-date with the latest media players listed above, most channels will open in the relevant player with a single click. In some cases where a user applies a custom configuration or uses an unsupported browser, the player will fail to open.

This can be solved:

Right-click the channel name and select ‘Copy Shortcut’ or equivalent
Open Windows Media Player and choose ‘File’ -> ‘Open URL...’
Right-click and ‘Paste’
Click ‘Ok’ and start watching.
